Fern

We would like to introduce Fern! This is our newest project. Built in 2023, Fern is our first stick-built home on a permanent foundation. Perfect for a couple who want a simple lifestyle. We designed and built this home to be stylish and cost effective. All the work (minus spray foam insulation) was done by us, slightly amateur Do-It-Yourselfers. Although Fern is small (or big) depending on your perspective, she has many large features- covered porch with swinging chairs, open concept floor plan, butler pantry, one ample bedroom with master bath and walk in closet, half bath for guest and desk nook.
